- not to use any information received from the players for other purposes except for the game KLIP. Don't transmit/direct/sell/publish the information for the third persons. The exception is publication of a current rating of players and only with your written sanction;
- not to disconnect from the game by the authority;
- to inform about changes of the game;
- not to interfere in disputes among players;
- to answer all E-mails (even by the polite refusal),
- to take account of other player's wishes as much as possible;
- not to criticise and do not make comments on the player's actions;
- to adhere the identical rules of mutual relation with all players;
- to apply all available to the author means not to distribute any harmful steps (viruses etc.) with the game; and to minimize a transmitted volume of the game information.
RIGHTS OF THE AUTHOR:
- to stop the support of this project at any moment (I think, it can take place because of the economic reasons);
- sometimes to infringe the time-table of game information processing (I'm an alive person; furthermore, my wife is not in delight that I spend so much time and personal means on this invention without prospects of recoupment);
- -to include the advertising information in the game messages (however, at the moment no advertiser showed any interest in this);
- to introduce any changes with or without taking an account of received remarks, recommendations and wishes;
- to comment on the game development in the game messages;
- to carry out the censorship of the messages directed by the players to all other players;
- (C) Pavel Lyakhovskiy has all copyrights to the idea of the game "KLIP"; its name; sites klip.pbem.ru & klip-game.chat.ru; the module of a processing of the game information (now it is not distributed); the player module; game's documentation. The development, distribution, application of any software intended for this or similar game is forbidden without the sanction of the author. The use of statistical materials saved during the game is forbidden without the reference to the author and to the name of the game.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PLAYER:
- not to give in when a situation worsened (try to analyse the reasons);
- not to brag when a situation improved (it is temporarily);
- not to enter disputes with the author concerning his manner of management the game, the observance of the time-table of information processing, of delays of a mail etc. (it is useless);
- to write to author in Russian, Ukrainian or English languages (it is possible to write on other language but I do not guarantee mutual understanding).
RIGHTS OF A PLAYER:
- to win and to be beaten;
- to write the remarks, offers, questions to the author;
- to write the messages which all other players should be seen;
- to terminate the game temporarily (to freeze the production) with the subsequent restoration;
- to create an unlimited quantity of companies;
- to agree with other players about something;
- to violate achieved earlier arrangements (author does not consider the requests to punish, to fine, to disconnect etc. had been guilty);
- to conclude any wagers contracts with other players (except for the author) (for example: on achievement of the certain result or places in the players rating);
